Welcome to the PAWAN Network of India (PNI). These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of PNI's Website and Membership Services.
1. Membership Rights & Category Exclusivity
By accessing this website and/or becoming a member of PNI, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use PNI's website or services if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
- Only one person from each professional specialty is permitted to join a chapter of PNI.
- Members represent their primary business focus and cannot advertise secondary competing services without executive committee clearance.
2. Code of Ethics & Professional Conduct
Upon acceptance to PNI, members agree to abide by the following Code of Ethics during the tenure of their participation in the organization.
- I will provide quality services at the prices I have quoted.
- I will be truthful with the members and their referrals.
- I will build goodwill and trust among members and their referrals.
- I will take responsibility for following up on all referrals received.
3. Termination of Membership
PNI reserves the right to terminate any membership if a member violates the Code of Conduct, fails to pay membership dues, or disrupts the professional environment of the chapter meetings.
